Hi,

I've recently noticed these on my live rock and back glass. Can anyone ID them from this pic? Should i be concerned? I've circled them in blue.

I took one out and it was hard. I'm thinking they are baby snails. The only snails i have are astraea

They look like collonista snails to me. I used to have them, but lost them in a great microfauna die-off I experienced a few years ago. Mine would usually emerge in the evenings to graze and covered everything at lights out. In my mind, they were cool. Like some microscrubbing bubbles of my reef - gettin' all the lil tiny nooks and crannies.

That's exactly what they are! Okay i'm glad they aren't something to worry too much about.
