Small white worm

Does anyone know what these are? They are in my sump. Approximately 1/8" to 1/4" long. They dont really move much but they wiggle around some.

tiny feather dusters. they are worms or snails. they do appear in tanks, mostly harmless and just visual nuisance

i thought nematodes are semi transparent and not rigid. These things looks rigid. My bad :0/
