I'm looking to get the smallest auto-feeder I can find. Any recommendations? Small in the sense of a low physical profile.

Doesn't need to store a lot of food. I'm looking for something that can feed my small tank with 3 fish for 2-4 days.

What type of fish do you have? Unless they're high energy fish like anthias or seahorses, most fish can go a week or two without being fed.

2 clownfish, a purple firefish, a fire shrimp, and a small number of snails (nass/trochus/cerith)

I'd feel more comfortable having them get auto-fed once a day (unless there are also no feeders out there that can put out only a tiny bit of pellets)

Yeah, as long as they're healthy beforehand, they can survive a few days without food. Here's what I'd do:

In the week or two prior to your leaving, start feeding more heavily, and doing more water changes. This gets them a bit chubbier, and the water quality to be better. Do a final water change the day before you leave, and the fish will be fine. This protocol is really adapted for leaving fish for a week or two as opposed to for just a few days. But it still applies if you're worried about your fish.
