Smart ato micro problems and already talked to coralvue.

So I have a smart ato micro that is about 4 months old. A couple weeks ago it started flashing red and blue while the sensor was beeping at the same time. It would do that over and over and never pump water to fill back up to the sensor. If the sensor is placed at water level or submerged it will flash only blue and the sensor stops beeping.
I'm wondering if anyone else has had this experience because I've already talked to coralvue and they told me it was a bad pump. They sent me a new pump bit the problem persists. Could this be an issue with the sensor? Has anyone else had this problem? I can find nothing online relating to this issue.

I have several of these an never had them do that....is it still acting up?

So coralvue has been a great help. They first said it seemed like the pump was bad so sent me a new one. It continued to do the same thing. They were to send me a new sensor but received an extension cable instead but that was corrected and they got me out the sensor. I still have not set it up because I put a different ato on the tank it was for.
I have to say that I have always been a fan of coralvue but now so even more, they are a great company with great support!!

Yep, they're great under warranty but one month after they leave you high and dry. At least that was my experience.

That's a bummer to here. Makes me concerned about my new build and the equipmentim getting should I do high end stuff that may go bad after warranty period or get jebao gear that isn't expensive to replace? Not to sure what to do yet.
