OK, I so got my the Smart AWC Touch. It is topping off just nice but I can't get it too do water changes manually. I select the manual setting, and the little logo looks to be spinning, but the pump never turns on. I did have it set to 24 hr and it did a water change on its own once. Just can't get the manual wc to start up. I got no idea what I'm doing wrong and I'm getting very flustered.... so just to check I'm doing it right.

#2 Speed I picked 3
#3 hit the checkmark or return key to start....
The logo looks to be spinning but nothing.... from the booklet, says the pump has started. I reset it a few times and started over but to no eval, ideas?
