Smart Plug Timer Recommendations Needed

I was going to set up dosing tonight but realized my save a watt timer is only in 15 minute increments. Does anyone have any good smart plug timer recommendations that go down to the minute (or better, seconds) that goes below $30?

I've been using various brands of "smart plug" (search that on amazon) that work over wifi with "smart life" (android app). Pretty much any time I need a new one the previous brand does not exist so I get a different brand.
There are also some good programmable timers that don't need wifi or an app called "nearpow" (also from amazon)

I have had good luck with Kasa power strips, they make a couple different size strips and individual outlets. The timer can be set in increments of one minute on the power strips.

The nearpow are what I used for dosing kalk. No wifi but can be set by the second. I've had two Kasa strips fail so I gave up on those

I use the kasa smart strips as a pseudo controller for some tanks with great success. Oldest one is roughly 5 years by now if not longer.

If the KASA or TP link loses wifi... will it still run it's routine?

(I have a problem with FEIT smart plugs, which seem to just shut off completely when they lose wifi, which is a problem).
