Smart reef login (reef factory)

Wanted to know if there is a trick for login into the smart reef app for reef factory? I'm using android device. I am registered, I've changed my password, I created a different account under a different email address and it keeps saying it doesn't recognize my info.

Anyone have this issue, can you help me?
