Smooth hound questions

Is there any “swimming” shark that can go in a 180?
A store told me that I could do a small smooth hound for a while.

I looked into this, and found that brown smooth hounds (not grey ones) get to about 2’.

Obviously I can’t keep a 2’ active shark in a 180, but if I got a baby one, until what size could I keep it, if at all?

Do smooth hounds need round corners?

Please don’t bash me for this, as I agree it sounds crazy.

Also, if I can do this, where would I buy a brown smooth hound? I’m located on the east coast.

Brown smooth hounds are really difficult to source.

However, neither grey nor browns can be kept in a tank that small. They also require chilled water, I keep them at below 68 F. Finally, they are horrible jumpers. We had one in a 950 gallon tank that we called "Flipper" because it would come up and tail-walk across the tank.

In the end, there is really no shark suitable for a 180 as an adult. The closest would be either a coral cat shark or an Epaulette. Both of these get too large really, but because they are so sedentary, you *might* get away with it.
