It's a 175gall tank with 2 sleeper gobys, lawnmower blenny, 4 stripey and a coral beauty. Also a huge magnificent anemone. Does anyone have any info on keeping smooth toadfish? Or similar puffers?

I've never kept a smooth toadfish (common in Australia, not so much here in the US). However, they are similar in their habits to Arothron puffers that we do see here a lot. They get a bit large and will go after some invertebrates (shrimp and crabs). They might also nip at your anemone. Your fish should be fast enough to keep away from the puffer.
Inshore fish like these puffers often carry a number of parasites. You would want to quarantine it very well before adding it to your tank.
Stripeys are really cool fish, we don't see them here in the US very often, not sure why. The last ones I had I needed to import from Japan.
