SmyrnaReefers 180 Build Thread

i use them at work everyday also, but the ones i use are way expensive. i was just curious to see what my flow is into my tank....

Yes the fun will begin soon when i have to move this into the new tank.... here is a older pic of the existing tank. the glass is a lot less clear now since i have been spending so much time on teh new system... front glass isnt quite as bad as the back glass yet...

Jay,

You may have already covered this, I apologize if I missed it, but did you reinforce your floor for the tank, or did you not need to?

Thanks,

Brandon

i did, i dont have a picture but will take one next time im under the house... supported with concrete decking blocks and 4x4s. its also sitting above a supporting beam 4x10x?? and 8 feet in front of tank is another 4x10x?? it looks supported to me anyways!

Awesome! Just thought I'd ask as I'm planning on doing the same. :)

Thanks!

Brandon

I know that is what's crazy about all of this. The man upgraded, and the first day of moving corals over, he has no room for hardly anything else. Shoulda gone 8 feet!

Looks great!

Wow... Blink an eye and the 180 is full. Looks good! How bad does the house stink now that the 125 is empty???
