So did the snail stork arrive while I was at work?
Or is it possible to have a snail lose its shell and grow a new one? It looks as though a shell is trying to grow on his back but idk....
Or is it a hitchiker? Any help would be appreciated.

And I know I take cruddy pictures. Not a great photographer over here.

Yeah hitchhiker, I've got two in my tank and got to watch how they reproduce the other day. I kept seeing a puff of what looked like smoke coming from my rock work and my tailspot blenny would keep rushing over to it. It was my black one (which this was my first time seeing the black one and my tank has been running now for about a year and a half) releasing eggs while my white one was on the other side of the tank releasing sperm(might be the other way around). It was pretty interesting and my tailspot was full and happy

Sweet! Is it possible to get more from the one? I looked em up and it said they reproduce quickly. But I've only seen the one or do I more likely have more?:bounce:

I thought I had only one up until last week and I check my tank pretty regularly at night with a red flashlight. My white one is out most of the day but I haven't seen the black one again since that day. They're a really good part of the cuc and I've never seen them harming anything in my tank.

Awesome thanks for the quick replies I would have been awake way to late trying to find out what it was if I was using Google. Have a good night.
