Have algae growing all and feed reef Frenzy which had plankton in it so their diet is there maybe the two i bought where sick and got mine sick? No idea help!

They like cooler water so perhaps 76 is too warm for them?
well figured the same thing but mine survived for like 5 weeks and i was running 76-78 than now due to weather its lke 74-76 so i dunno

You said there's algae in the tank, are you sure it's not dinoflagellates? Because Dinos can definitely kill off your snails.
dont thinks dinoflagellates havent had that since cycled about 8 months ago i get alot of green algae on the glass
