Hello. First time posting. Very excited to meet all of you. I have these things growing in the over flow box of my tank. Not sure what they are, I'm hoping they're some type of snail eggs and not anything bad. If any one can id I'd appreciate it.

I hope these are a little better. I was reading on the pineapple sponge. My tank is about 5 months old so that would make sense, as I've read they pop up in new tanks. Anything I should be worried about? My levels are pretty much in line, working on lowering my nitrates and phosphates.

nothing to worry about at all... they are awesome to have in the tank since they are filter feeders.
I have a ton of them in my sump and just leave them be...

Thanks so much! I was worried that it might be something bad. Question, how do they begin? I used dry rock and dry sand so I don't think they could've hitchhiked just curious as to how they were introduced to the tank
