Snail Eggs? Or new Coral Polyps?

Seemingly overnight, these glowing white things have adhered to the surface of the glass, near my thriving green star colony. They do not move, and they do glow in the deep blue lights. I didn't disturb them in case they were new coral deposits, so I cleaned the glass around them. It has been a few days, and they are still there, and still about the same size.
