Hey.

Looked in my tank this morning and I see 2 nassarius snails on this wall covered in what looks like slime? I’ve got 3 of these snails and I’m not sure if this is to do with them?

I’ve bred many freshwater species but never marine. Interested to know what people think.

Thanks!

yes and likely nassarius snails eggs which will get consumed before they would even hatch as they need cooler temps to even survive

Fantastic thank you. I really didn’t want a snail population explosion haha. Free fish food then.

Thanks :)

Hi. Similar question, found this interesting pattern on my aquarium glass. Took a close up photo and snail eggs come to mind... Any thoughts?

*** Found the answer in another post with a photo. Definitely snail eggs, the pattern on the glass was almost identical to mine. Thank you ***
