Snail Eggs ?

So i just added about 90 nasirius snails to my 150 gal tank. The next day my glass has hundreds of tiny white spots on it....
Could these be snail eggs?
They definitely were not there before the snails were added...

I don't believe that those are nass snail eggs. Can you get a better pic?

they are all over the glass... this is as clear as i can get it... They 100% were not there before the snails.
If not snail eggs then snail poop?
1st night a bunch climbed on glass and then next morning were all digging in the sand and the glass was filled with this...
I have not wiped it off thinking they are eggs....

I don't know if they are Nars eggs or not but I get them also. I've read that it's a cycle your population will likely go through and probably won't continue. It's also supposed to be a sign that the water parameters are doing well, so congrats on that. Lol
