Snail eggs?

I'm guessing this is snail eggs, since I've been having a lot of baby snails the last month or so

Yes they did, I have baby snails everywhere, lol. You Will see them after your lights have been off for a while. Not for sure how long the hatch period is, but it isn't very long.

Judging by the image with a Cerith my bet is on Cerith eggs, and they are probably not viable.
