I have these white spots all over the back and sides of my tank, are they snail eggs?

Maybe, but snail eggs I believe are generally more clustered. The spread of your critters reminds me of

Spirorbid Worms?

That is what I thought at first but up close looks more like a styrofoam bead minus the shots I got from the front glass. When I scrape them off they float away.

Next guess is Pineapple sponges but eggs are not off the list yet:)

I have been trying to figure it out for about 2 months and they always appear where the snails mostly hang out.

I have nerite snail eggs constantly on the glass very similar but without the yellow

The yellow is only visible because it’s on the front glass, you can’t see the yellow on the other panes. It could be the nerite snails though.

I suppose I've never looked super close either, I clean my front and side panels often and the back is left untouched.

Looking closer, it looks like developed eggs from Nerite snail. They tach best in cooler temps

They look very much like nerite snail eggs to me. I used to have a few nerites in my 75g FOWLR that laid eggs like this sporadically all over the tank walls and rocks. I never observed baby snails to my knowledge, but each egg eventually broke open and disappeared over time.

I've also got a few nerites in a freshwater tank that lay eggs that look almost the same, including the yellow embryo.
