Spiny Star Astrea? have google mate and see if it matches as it's a little difficult to see how big the spines are there.

Doesn’t look like a spiny star from the google images, I’ll post a couple other pics later.

It looks to be in the family Muricidae. All that I found are predatory. Here is a picture of one that looks similar to yours.
