Hey guys...
I have live rock from Tampa Bay Saltwater. I have the following type of snail in my tank which hitchhiked in.
I know it's a harmless algae eater, because I've been watching their behavior in the tank. I'm just wondering about the ID. As you can see, it has an overall shape like a trochid. The main difference, other than the red color of the foot, is they appear to be significantly smaller than trochids, with the largest of them being about the size of a small astraea.
