snail like slug critter

hi guys and gals. Saw this critter today for the first time. what is it?

It has a purple shell looking thing on the top of it that spans the length of its body.

the sucker part of its underneath spans the whole length of the shell

It has 2 antennas like a snail, and a long mouth like a snail.

Awesome! I just read up on them and it looks just like the pictures. no idea where he came from he must have hitchhiked. I'm glad it is there! I noticed a smaller one too so hoping they go nuts. plenty of algae to eat and he has cleaned up quite a bit already! thanks R2R friends!
