A couple days I had some anthias come in, and I got a couple cleaner shrimp at a LFS, I noticed that evening one of these guys pictures below. I wasn’t sure what it was, figured I’d rather be safe, so I removed it from the tank. Next morning I saw about 3-4 of them, and today there is around 5 that I could see. Does anyone know what this is? I assume some sort of snail. Is this a pest I should remove? They are very small but seem to be populating quickly and I don’t want to get overrun with something undesirable. Thanks in advance to any help! I’m fairly new to saltwater. I know the pictures aren’t the best but it was kind of hard to pick up given the size.

So, if I had to guess.. Stomatella snails.

Give that a search and see what you think.

Stoma's are as reef safe as a snail will ever get.

Also, if you don't believe it is a stomatella, you will need to capture the snail. Place in a cup of water and get some pictures of the animal for better clarification.
