Snail slime

So can anybody tell me what's going on here I just woke up and seeing this crawling up my window I haven't seen him in a few days actually the nazarre snails after I purchased them they buried themselves and been hidden ever since its slime like with what might be sand or idk maybe baby snails help me understand 5his please

Looks like snail eggs to me. Mine do it often.

Your live rocks look nice. Where did it come from?
Is the yellow color coraline algae or Bryozone.

I briefly looked at your few threads since you started in September. Not knowing your experience level, I suggest you slowdown on the additions of your livestock and quite chasing numbers with chemicals and equipment. Also, I strongly suggest you keep a tank thread. It will help you to have information and history in one place. It would help others to understand your system when offering advice.
