So I've had my tank up for about 6 months now, with nothing in it but rock that started dry, a few snails, pods, and hermit crabs. I saw two of these guys on the side of my tank today and didnt really know where to start looking. At first I thought they might be juvenile snails that hadnt formed shells yet as I do have a lot of snail eggs, but based on their size I doubt thats the case. They move across the glass in a similar motion and speed as snails, but they've got two little points where the shell would be. If anyone has any idea what they are, please let me know.

Thank you very much, I wasn't hugely concerned since I dont have a whole lot in my tank for bad critters to damage, but its always pleasantly unexpected when you find out its not a bad hitchhiker. The default setting for unidentified worm is headache.

The good thing is that your tank is relatively low at risk if you do decide to try you hand at eradicating them. If you're going to do it, do it now, for sure.
