Snail things

I have Cerith, Astraea and bumblebee snails in this tank. A couple weeks ago I saw a sort of traveling spiral egg pattern on the glass. There are now thousands of these. They are about 1mm in size. Could they be some sort of larval stage of a snail or something else?
