My tank is four weeks old now, for the past week it has had fish and snails/crabs. I have 5 blue legged crabs and 5 of the smaller snails in the photo. But there is this big guy and he isn't moving much, my tank is still bare so I got some algae sheets for him to eat but he hasn't touched them despite them being on the ground with easy access. He doesn't move much is he okay? I've been feeding my tank 1/4th a cube of frozen omnivore cubes per day.

Cerith snail. They like left over food. Not really a herbivore.

See if you can entice him with some seafood. a little chunk of shrimp/mussel something along those lines.
They eat detritus mostly.

For some reason it didn't put both pictures, here is the snail I'm concerned about.

To check if a snail is dead, pick it up and smell it. A live snail will smell like the ocean, maybe like slightly slimy ocean. A dead snail will smell like the concentrated essence of a thousand low tides.

Where and when did you get this snail, and how did you acclimate it?

Assuming it's alive, try placing it directly on a piece of one of the nori sheets. It might not have noticed that they exist.

I might be burned at the stake for this but I kinda just floated the bag for a while and then dumped him in there. But that was over a week ago

That's normally fine for snails and other non-sensitive creatures. Particularly if they've been shipped, in which case you want to have the bag open for as little time as possible.
