Snail without a shell?

Any ideas what this is? I figured I would grab it from the tank while I could see it, had scene it a couple weeks back aswell. Looks like a snail with no shell?

These are great little snails and they breed readily, I used to have hundreds until I added pepps and cleaner shrimp now I just have a couple left hanging on in my sump
