what is this black spot? This is the only snail I have thats not doing well also. Just sits around minimal movement. The rest are fine cruising around

If it's not moving It may be one of the ones that can't turn itself back over.

Its a turbo I believe they can. He comes out and retracts quickly when bothered. Idk what's up with this guy he's not dead.

ON THE BLACK SPOT, HARD TO TELL BUT IT WERE MINE, . . I would pull the snail and scrape off the black thing into the toile and flush away
