Snail?

Hi, I had a snail hitchhiker on a fiji rock a few days into my cycle, some how it survived crazy parameters. I named it Tilly after the little engine that could. It was a sort of brown/black and yellow, in first photo, we think it’s a zebra turbo but it’s hard to tell.

Well I just did a tank clean and I think this is it (second photo) but also it’s very different so maybe not. Haven’t added anymore live rock since finding Tilly.

Anybody have any ideas, of what it is and if it’s the same thing? Should I leave it or what?

Check on photos of sundial snails. That pattern, alarms me. But, blurry. So, I can't fully tell.

It’s even hard to tell with my naked eye, do you think the photos are the same snail? I haven’t seen the first one in a while, I thought it was dead, could the photos be the same snail?

Got any coral with the snail? If no, its safe to see if it will graze on algaes. If you do have coral, and it never goes near the coral. Its probably safe to keep.

I did a month long cycle, just got my first corals a few days ago. This is the first time I’ve seen it but it’s hanging under a rock. I’ll keep my eye on it.

I'm not sure if sundial snails eat algae. I know they love zoas and palythoa.

However, it could be a collonista snail as well. Due to size. Very safe to have. Very small snails.
