Snails and urchin all stuck together?

i just bought a few snails and urchin and last night and even still they are all clumped and stuck together? Is it because there isn't enough for them to eat or is it normal or something else? Sorry for the bad pic quality. It's hard to get, I see at least five snails in there

Splitting up sounds normal, but this doesn't always happen sometimes. Group hug first.

Yeah they are algae scavengers this is super normal. Your going to regret the urchin tho everyone does. They are like bull dozers
