Snails being killed by cleaner shrimp

I recently added 3 astrea snails and a few days later they were all dead... When I first added them cleaner shrimp took a shot at them (probably killed two). The hermit crabs also were taking nips at them. I have heard of war between CUC but is it possible that the shrimp and hermit crabs aren't getting enough nutrients so that they picked on the snails?

My cleaner shrimp can be bullies if they don’t get enough food. Just make sure they are fed well and should be good.
