I wont go into a long drawn out discussion on the why, but a while back i lost my CUC, mostly just the crabs and a shrimp. I still have a few snails and my sand sifting starfish. Anyways, i was looking at liveaquaticas website looks at CUC and reading up on each one to see which would be best. I noticed on almost all of the snails it said they are difficult to breed in home aquariums. Two days ago i noticed what looked like a baby smail on one of my rocks and kinda blew it off. Here it is today. My question is. In general, are snail picky breeders or did i just get lucky? The one is for reference.

Rarely do they breed. You may get one that lays eggs and if uneaten, you will have a few babies
