Snails falling off the glass?

I have few snails in my tank that keepa falling off the glass. Sometimes i notice it sometimes not they be on the glass and they just fall. They are alive is that even normal?

Temp 78 F

Calcium 420

Mag 1320

Alk is 8.

Phosphate 0.20
Nitrate: 14

When I don’t have enough algae in the tank for them to eat they fall off more frequently.

Yes i cleaned the glass today. So thats not normal behavior ??

As long as when they fall, they close up and don't have their bodies hanging out, it's fine. If they don't retreat into the shell then there might be something wrong.
