Hi, I think they are nessarius, but what do I know... Came as hitchhikers with pulsing Xenia's.

Picked them off of before dip,
Red sea dip-x revealed 6-8 brittle stars and about 20 bristleworms

Looks like nassarius

Not Nassarius; I haven’t heard if these hitchhiking before.
Dove snail egg cases (Columbellidae sp.). These small, highly variable, beneficial snails rarely hitchhike into aquariums, are good algae eaters (their small size allows them to access areas larger snails cannot), and reproduce quickly. These are often misidentified as Maculastrombus maculatus(once Strombus maculatus).

Aren't dove snails rare?
Either way they're friends imho so in they go :)

They are common in nature, but spread out so they are uncommon in the hobby.

They stand out because they are not broadcast spawners and their eggs hatched with fully formed snails, they do not have a larval stage like most. You may luck out and get more than 3. :)

It's roughly 1 mm shell and I can see at least one more on the back...
