I recently added a refugium to my tank about 2 weeks ago. My macroalgae has been growing very well, and nutrient seem to be on the decline. I put some snails in the refugium to help with some nuisance algae that was growing in it. My question is does it harm the snails being under light 24/7, or will they be okay. I haven't noticed any issues but I want to make sure they don't need a dark time.

What types of snails? You're common ones like nassarius, turbos, etc don't seem to care about light.

All common turbo and astria
I've noticed cerith snails seem to be more active at night when I turn on the lights they seem to work there way to the top of the tank and hang out. But keep in mind this is in a qt
