Snails taking over!!!

I have a Biocube 32 ( huge invertabrete fan ) and no snails worked I tried them all. But I found out the Cerith snails they can "rest" outside of the water.... So question is should I just wipe off the spawning or let the tank run a little dirty? First timer!

What are you wanting your snails to do? Breed or sorta clean. They will sorta clean. But getting them to breed is hit or miss.
