I feed 5 capfuls (inner cap) of AquaVitro Reef Fuel by itself, a 1 TSP of Reef Roids by itself, and a chunk of Rods Coral Blend by itself. Turn the return pump off and the VorTech way down for about 30-45 mins...I spot feed EVERYTHING with a turkey baster.

The two things that I think make the biggest difference in my tank are the 5 gallon water changes every other day and dosing 1 Tsp of Vitamin C twice a day.
