Snoeflake eel mixed reef stocking

Hi people here, I want to setup a 40 breeder predatory fish tank, so a 40breeder and a 20 long sump, and I wanted some fish reccomendations here are my ideas
A snowflake eel (only one for sure)

Maybe:
Dwarf lions
Dwarf angels
6 line wrasse
Could I do a foxfire?
Valentini puffer
A anemone possibly
Leather corals
Simple mushrooms
Neat macros in the display, thoughts on this?

Want to add my filtration will be a very large protein skimmer (undecided) filter floss, carbon, and ceramic.
