Will a snowflake eel eat ocelaris clownfish?
if so how about, maroon clownfish or cinnamnon clownfish?

Not going to happen with a maroon or cinnamon unless you just put in a fully mature snowflake with baby clowns. Snowflakes if cared for and chosen properly rarely eat fish; so this would include occelaris, unlikely. If in a properly sized tank, acclimated to captive living and kept on a strict feeding schedule they should all live happily. Start with a small eel and fish that are not too small.
