Snowflake eel ate plastic tip!!,

hey everyone, my giant snowflake eel got a good grip on the tip of my sea squirt and ate the red tip off of it. Any thoughts? I hope he doesn’t die!

Wow, that is a bummer. Plastic isn't acutely toxic but I'm not certain how that tip is going to travel through the eel's digestive tract?
Sounds like the eel is hungry, so perhaps feeding him would help push the tip on through. Maybe a nice oily silverside filled with some cod liver oil might help with that process? GL

Snowflakes are some really tough guys.... I'd give him a silverside and he will probably be fine.

I don’t have any silversides on Hand but I will go get some ASAP

My snowflake loves silversides. Yours will probably be happy to get the extra snack! Good luck and I hope to hear an update on how he does! Does he have a name?
