Snowflake eel with a rare mucosal on her mouth

Hi everyone, I first got this snowflake eel tree months ago he was eating perfectly, two weeks ago I added some rocks, Xenias a anemon and some clone fish, last time he eat he was already whith the new fish, now he has like a white thing on his mouth, u could bearly see it but today it’s bigger and u can notice, he has arround 9-10 day without eating, he gets kind of interest on the shrimp but he goes back to his spot quickly He bearly takes his head out.
I heardyou now a lot about eels if you’ve seen this before o now about these please I need some help @tyler1503 @Aaron Davis
