Snowflake Eel

I was wondering what size pvc pipe would be best I could use for a snowflake eel. I know they get about 2ft long... but how big or thick around in circumference

How big is it now?
I have a snowflake in my reef, I didnt put any tubes in but he made his home in a nice cave at the sand level. Mine about 10-12inches long and about as thick as a finger. Super friendly. Eats right from the tongs.
