Snowflake polyp predators?

Hello, i thiught i would throw this out there to see if anyone has any ideas.
I have a snowflake polyp problem ( at least i think that is what they are called) they were hitch hikers that i thought i controlled a few times now but obviously they keep coming back and spread rapidly. In the photo you will see what i mean.

So the question is, has anyone had any experience with getting rid of these polyps? Any know predators out there? I was thinking about getting a peppermint shrimp, isolating it in a separate tank with only the polyps in there and see if i can train it to eat them. Don’t know if it will work so i am open to ideas.

Are these the same as daisy polyps? There was just a thread on here yesterday about them.

One thread says tuxedo urchins, another says pyramid butterfly, another says some rare nudibranch...

I think the problem is that most fish that will eat it may also eat other corals. Non-reef safe angelfish come to mind, and possibly tilefish.

Agreed. That is why i would like some real life experiencers to say yes this will eat that. Then i can monitor and when polyps are gone i can rehome the fish

I've got some sort of clove(?) polyp in one of my tanks. Hitting it with alk paste once a month or so keeps it at bay. My urchin has never shown interest in it, but after I get what I can with alk paste, the urchin shows up and cleans the area right down to bare rock.
