Which one do you prefer and why? Which one is more reef/fish safe?

Zebra moray- less likely to eat your fish or bite you. At least that's what LA says in the description.
Personally I think they are more attractive

What size tank? 75+?

Zebra may eventually take out most of your CUC but should leave your fish alone.

Our snowflake made it to 18" in just 2 years and ate 1.5" damsels as well as 3" frozen silversides.
It started as a 6", thinner than a pencil.
It literally looked like a colorful earthworm.

It was 23" long when it died at just 6 years old.
(They should live for at least 15+)
Some people recommend feeding large krill instead of silversides.

After 6 years, ours went on a hunger strike when we tried to switch its food and then wouldn't take the frozen silversides again.
It died after not eating for 2 months.

Very cool eel. Couldn't recommend it with other fish less than say 6"?

Zebra will eat any ornamental shrimp; snowflake will eat most smaller fish. Both end up around the same size. Zebra more cryptic. Mine is about 30" long and I never see it other than at night during the weekly feeding.

tank is a 150g, I would prefer the sfe but if you’re saying that they will eat small fish then I’ll probably go with the zebra but they look a bit weird to me because they don’t have a dorsal fin, they look like sock puppets lol
