This post is to vent out!!!!
So aggravated at Apex Neptune and echotech right now ...
You spend thousands of dollars to buy there stuff..
And guess what ??
You try adding a new light ,but offline mode won't go away... do everything they say to do in forums, still nothing
You want to program the outlets on your eb832,
and guess what light keeps flashing, read what's wrong, do what they say on forums, still nothing
Send request tickets, and don't hear from them for days ,,like I got the time to wait for them..
And why would I have to read on the forums to try and fix this myself in the first place
I think I have spent enuff money to be able to just plug and play
Ain't that the frigging point on spending the money in the first place to get the best of the best with no headaches?
Apex neptune and echotech get your frigging stuff together !!!!!!!!!

Yeah, the business of emailing back and forth to set up support calls irritates me also. The good news is that when you finally do get a hold of them, their support staff is very good. They should be able to remote in and find out exactly what is wrong.

I had to post a BBB complaint to get Apex to replace a 2-week old dosing container. They said the board got wet so I have to pay! I told them if the board got wet they didn't seal it right. According to Apex, I was supposed to be careful and not let it get wet. Go figure! Anyway, a BBB complaint and letting them know I posted if resolved the issue. Of course, now my replaced dosing container is in the closet because it sucks. Quick connects are for positive pressure systems, not neutral pressure systems!

You have to really push the lines down into their quick connects otherwise you will draw air. When you think the tubes are shoved far enough in the quick connects push some more. There is probably another 1/4" that will go in there. Once you've done that air won't leak into the lines ;).
Hopefully this will get it out of your closet and doing what it is supposed to for you.

You probably tried this but I get off line mode a ton. Even if the light is blue. I just have to unplug the power from the back of the reeflink and plug it back in and it hooks up to their servers.
Can't wait tho till the radions come with build in wifi.
Impossible for me to run them at the office due to firewall issues.

Pretty much every dosing container I know of uses john guest fittings, including my DIY containers.

I know this is a super old thread, but I just got my 2 radion xr15's up & running and while the EcoSmartLive site seemed to work ok to register, choose the initial program and adjust the first night.

But, now that I want to go back and modify the program and/or reduce the intensity of the lights, I keep getting the red "offline mode." My wifi is working fine for my computer, the blue lights are on the lights, and I've tried unplugging the lights, disconnecting the USB cord, closing out/reopening the EcoSmartLive site multiple times. With no luck. Tried using Chrome, Safari & Firefox, without any change.

I don't have ReefLink, so I thought this would be a bit more straightforward, but doesn't seem to be the case. Any suggestions?

You have to remove and re add the light to your ecosmart live. It was the one major thing that always drove me crazy with radions. Even with reeflink and apex wxm they would be twitchy, though not as bad.

THANK YOU @BoomCorals ! They've only been plugged in for 24 hours and I was already tempted to cut the hanging kit & let them drown. Will remove & re-add first thing tomorrow!
