...And I'm no photographer!! I liked Gonzo's pics so much that I went with a Canon G15, I need advice on which macro lense to get cause I didn't know there were so many different ones to choose from lol. Also, is there anything else I'm gonna need?

G15 is a point and shoot camera and doesn't accept a macro lens. It may have a Macro feature built in though

Hmm, the Canon G15 is more of an advanced Point and Shoot, than a DSLR. As such, it's not really meant for use with different lenses. There are some attachments that can be added, to increase the ability to shoot Macro, but these attachments aren't true lenses or Macro Lenses. If you want the ability to actually change lenses, you'll need a true DSLR camera.

i allow you to call annette and ask her.. she uses a d90 with nikkor macro. it takes amazing pics..
for one I don't need permission to call Annette and for two your the last person I want info from on taking pics hahahaha.

The Canon G series are one of the better point and shoot cameras you can get. It will still have limitations when compared to a DSLR, but it is a fine camera. Get a tripod and a remote flash and trigger (if you want to shoot fish) and you will get some outstanding shots.

nice, thanks for the info. Just found the dive box for it cost just about as much as the camera itself.
