So I set up the ATK...one last question

So I set up my ATK. I lugged the power into a port on the controller and set the fallback on and set on

I let the tasks button configure the ATK. The one problem I see is that switch 1 which is the first sensor is always staying open even when the water is at the sensor and the float switch is not allowing water o come out anymore. Eve though the switch is open the ATK still stays off, I have to manually put it on or it to fill. I am trying to figure out why the switch is always open and why the ATK would not turn on since the switch was open. I can say that the Water on the floor sensor works haha.

Make sure that the sensor plug is pushed all the way in. You could have a defective sensor or a defective FMM.

Try reversing the sensors - plug sensor 1 into port 2 and sensor 2 into port 1. Do the sensors read how they're supposed to?
