So I think I'm going to give it a try

So I have been doing a lot of reading and I think I'm going to give it a try. Current tank is about three years old and I'm working on getting the PO4 down currently .06 and Nitrates are at 10ppm. Tank has 88 Gallons of water which includes the sump. Tank has some small SPS, but plan on adding more only 3 fish currently but will be adding more soon. I am currently using a Calcium reactor so I will not be dosing Alk, Cal or Mag.

So as I have read I'm going to go with the Probiotic Salt and then the additives slow but sure until I see how the tank responds.

So with the probiotic salt I still need to use the Pro Bio S and NP Pro Correct? and if this is correct is the recommended dose the same even though I'm using the Probiotic Salt?

Next question if I individually dose the Iron, strontium etc. do I need the Components A,B,C or is it a use either one, but not both?

I also plan to use the Coral A,B,E & V and Kalium

Let me know if I'm missing anything. Thank you in advance.

Those numbers should be about right. Certainly don't let them go to zero. More/bigger corals will consume more dissolved nutrients.

Not sure about the rest – maybe someone else will chime in! :)

I made this for chemistry questions and the maintenance of mineral and trace mineral :)
Differences in chemistry products:

Component 123= Balling Lite method which has Alk, Ca, Mag and all trace needed. Plug and Play for all mineral and trace mineral. Designed to automate with 3 channel doser, or manually added in equal parts.

Component ABC+Kalium= Automated trace mineral, plug and play, need 3 dosing head to automate, where Kalium manually added. Designed for automation and used along side a Calcium Reactor, or other program where main minerals are being managed.

Iodum, Strontium, Kalium, Flourine, Iron, & Micro E = Individually dosed trace mineral targeted for daily dosing, these are designed for the person who enjoys tinkering and wants to have more control over trace. Designed as a supplemental daily dosing program to use along side of Calcium Reactor, or other program where main minerals are being managed.

Yes, NP Pro and Pro Bio S pair with Probiotic Reef Salt, however you can use AF Reef Salt. Probiotic Reef Salt has bacteria, do you need full dose daily? That depends on your tanks ability and your corals ability to process nutrients. Likely starting with half dose will yield results, but this would be more observational and based on test results of nutrients. You can use other biological filtration if live rock limited, like siporax, matrix, or Life Bio Fil(when it becomes available). This simply mimics live rock but much more efficient as the pores allow deep penetration for bacteria housing. You can also use a stack method of one single fluidized reactor to home Zeo Mix(on bottom), then AF Carbon, then AF Phosphate Minus. Many have had tremendous results with this method, especially those with heavy fish and corals bioloads. Please review the AF Product guide and download. Cheers :)
