So I think my snails had babies!?

These little critters only come out at night and they’re literally everywhere

Yep baby snails. My margarita snails breed constantly and the tiny white babies only come out at night.

Yeah... not gonna go the medication route might just throw that rock away and start scrapping the others that have a few...

Is it possible to just scape them tho?

If the rocks are easy to remove they are SUPER easy to tackle. They will typically pull off with tweezers. I used to do that then use a cigar lighter to burn the base they sat on. Then I realized it was easier to simply use the cigar lighting without even removing them. As far as pests are concerned they are SUPER easy to get rid of if you can remove the rocks. Super glue or a burning laser will also work on the base after removal.
