Well I have 2 Ati Powermodules one 8x80watt and the other the 10x54 watt..Now I have been thinking of getting the Radions ..But will they handle an all SPS tank 4x2x2 120 gallon and give me the color and growth I am used to? I see alot of post saying yes and maybe and No going back to t5's lol so pretty confusing they are not cheap and would hate to end up on the for sale section ..any intel is appreciated.

I just ordered some myself so I cant speak from personal experience but my good friend is running 10 of them over his tank and he has fantastic color and growth. I think any Led system which is highly programable like the Radion is going to have a much higher level of complexity when it comes to getting the thing dialed in. That said I have see what they can do once you find thier sweet spot and me likey!

Ill be honest though I think their overall configurablity might make them tough to use and scares me. Allot of variables there to create lots of questions and uncertainty if stuff in the tank isnt happy.

take a look at reefbreeders.com, Nice led fixture at a good price for those of us that cant afford 3 radions...

hey roger,
if you would like to take a look at my light, Radion. It saves heat, energy, you can set it up to whatever time you would like for it to turn off and on so automatic.
The SPS looks amazing in them and grows nicely! If you would like to take a look, just let me know!

2 of them over ninety they have been in place for almost 2 months. Intitally colors faded but when I stopped acting dumb and turned the intesity down things began to get back to normal. Converted from 2 400 watt radiums. If you have larger sized colonies you will not be happy with just two. The outer edges of the tank will not get the coverage they were used to. I wish I had 4 on my 90 even if I never put them up to full strength. Just to get that rim to rim spread which is how the corals grew under MH in Lumerarc III's

Also the software bundle behind them could be a lot better, I am a programmer by trade so maybe I am biased but it could use some work. Not the most intuitive IME. It works but its just has a weird flow. The Customer Service makes up for it hands down.

You could do some crazy cool stuff with a bank of ten. Outta this world delay effects sunrise, sunset, lighting storms would be really slick to with that many.

Roger I think I mentioned this to you on "another" forum but just in case .... have you looked into the GHL Mitras LED pendant? If I had a tank that wasn't LED I'm sure I'd be getting a Mitras for it. Unfortunately all of mine (all TWO of them LOL) are already LED so I can't justify the upgrade.... yet LOL!

I have owned an ATI sunpower unit and I would take the radions hands down over any T5 unit. Also, I think they are best LED's on the market, I have owned AI, Maxspect and Ecotech.
